The
Mad Cat Gang, lead by Lady Grumbles with her deputies Arctic and Blanket. These guys have a bit of a terretorial dispute with another group of stray city cats who live just a little too close for comfort! The senior members, Agatha and Spore, are some of the only old-timers left, keeping the juniors in line.

The
Fat Cat Gang, led by Monster. His partner Sashya serves as his second in command. The clan has a very relaxed structure, focusing on aiding each other in order to ensure mutual survival.

The first of of a few neighborhoods, and its resident cats! Everyone but Skringly is a housecat, while Skringly is a stray who was born on the streets and often frequents the neighborhood.
